Troy Aikman’s marriage to Catherine Mooty could have been difficult. It was his second marriage, and the couple’s situation got even more complicated because they both had children. But Troy and Catherine have figured out how to make their blended family work, and it’s adorable! It appears that everything happens for a reason after everything that all-star Aikman has been through.

Troy had been alone for over five years until meeting Catherine, also known as “Capa,” in early 2016. Capa was a single mother from Dallas who had previously launched a mobile fashion business investment on a refurbished truck. The pair married three months later in a quiet ceremony in Santa Barbara, California, after getting engaged in June 2017. The Aikman family enjoys being outside when they are not cheering in the stands. Even though Troy and Capa are parents to four teenagers, they find time to connect the two of them.
