After a year, when they once again met at the same event, Menzel got her revenge. The singer was about to introduce him this time, and she seemed to vividly remember the way he called her in the previous year to a full degree. Menzel called Travolta her “very dear friend” and pronounced his name Glom Gazingo. It wasn’t the only time that the actor made a mistake in front of a huge crowd, though. The same thing happened when he presented RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Jade Jolie the Video of the Year award at the 2019 MTV VMAs and called her Taylor Swift.
